Definition
A tall, oval or rectangular dressing mirror in a footed wooden frame. It can be moved or tilted by means of swivel screws that support it, and sometimes its height can be adjusted. May also be equipped with lighting devices fixed to either side of the frame. Used to view one’s full reflection, usually when dressing.
