Definition
A fitted or unfitted garment extending from the neck to the waist or hips. It is usually made of a lightweight fabric and includes a complete front, back, or shoulder closing. It may include sleeves and a collar. Worn indoors or outdoors by women to cover the upper body and to complete an additional outer garment, such as a skirt or pants.
