Definition
A one-piece or two-pieced knitted undergarment, generally of wool for the winter and of a lighter fabric for the summer, consisting of drawers combined with or sewed to an undershirt with usually a front button-closure and long sleeves. Worn by men and women, used to protect the body from the cold and the outwear from soiling caused by the body.
