Optical T&E

Definition
Tools, equipment, and supplies originally created to observe, measure, or record light. This class includes commonly used equipment, such as binoculars and microscopes. It excludes specialized objects created for other scientific observation, such as visual acuity charts or telescopes that are used particularly for astronomy.
