Definition
A container usually made of hard plastic, metal or fabric, with different types of closure, designed to hold substances and supplies (such as wipes, solutions, or powders) that can be used to neutralize most nerve and blister agents. Used to hold emergency supplies for personal decontamination and treatment on the skin.
